Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders

We do not accept returns on custom made products, and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering larger goods.
If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your issue.

No refunds or replacements are given if an item is lost or stolen once the carrier receives the items in. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
Fees apply for address changes made after an order has shipped and returned packages.

Disclaimer: Many countries charge import duties and/or custom’s fees which are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid upon delivery by the buyer. If you are unaware what the duties will be, please contact your postal office.
