Custom and personalized orders

We do not accept returns on custom made products, and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering larger goods.
If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your issue.

The pillow covers and the pillow inserts were quickly shipped. They were exactly what I wanted. The dark gray linen material is good quality and a nice shade of gray. The pillows were very well made. I am so pleased with this purchase.
